For support and success teams

Walk the customer through it. Keep everyone else out of it.

Support calls happen inside the tools that hold every other customer's data: the ticket queue, the admin panel, the billing page. BlurPilot blurs what does not belong to the person on the call.

What leaks

Where it goes wrong.

It is rarely the screen you meant to show. It is the column, sidebar or tab next to it.

  1. 01

The ticket queue beside the ticket

Sidebars and queues list other customers' names, emails and subjects right next to the issue you are solving.

  2. 02

    Invoices and payment details

Billing pages show card fragments, IBANs and amounts for accounts that are not on the call.

  3. 03

    Company policy and GDPR

Showing one customer's data to another is a reportable incident in many companies, even on a short call.

Set it up once

Four minutes, then every call.

  1. Step 01

    Switch on before you share

Press Alt+Shift+H. Emails, phones and cards blur across the helpdesk and the admin panel at once.

  2. Step 02

    Blur the queue for good

Click the ticket list or customer sidebar and remember it for the whole site.

  3. Step 03

Turn on IBAN and money detection

With Pro, billing pages blur IBANs and amounts automatically.

  4. Step 04

    Make it always on

Add the admin panel as an always-on site, so it is blurred even when you forget the shortcut.

Hidden on screen

What BlurPilot keeps off the call.

Detection runs locally in your browser, and blur is visual only, so the tools keep working while you present.

  • Other customers' emails and phone numbers
  • Card numbers and IBANs on billing pages
  • Invoice totals (money detection)
  • Ticket lists and sidebars (element rules)
