Reply to your receipt email, or write to support@cirrabit.com with the email you used at checkout. We refund your original payment method through Stripe, our payment processor; the money usually arrives within 5 to 10 business days.
What happens next
Pro features switch off on your devices once the refund is processed, and BlurPilot continues on the Free plan. Your settings and rules stay on your device.
After 14 days
You can cancel a subscription at any time: it stays active until the end of the paid period and does not renew. Requests outside the 14-day window are considered case by case, and nothing here limits your statutory rights.
