This site describes what Cirrabit does. It is written to be accurate, but it is marketing material rather than a specification.

Service descriptions, technology lists and process outlines set out how we usually work. They do not form an offer, a warranty, or a scope of work for any particular project.

Intellectual property
What belongs to whom.
The text, design, source code and brand marks on this site belong to Cirrabit unless stated otherwise. You are welcome to quote or link to any of it with attribution; wholesale reproduction of the design or copy is not permitted.
Third-party names and trademarks appearing on the site — frameworks, platforms and tools we work with — belong to their respective owners. Naming a technology does not imply a partnership, endorsement, or certification.
Engagements
The contract governs, not this page.
Anything about scope, price, timing, confidentiality, liability, intellectual property or termination is settled in the agreement signed for that engagement.

Briefs sent through this site
Sending a brief starts a conversation. It creates no obligation on either side, and we treat what you send as confidential whether or not an NDA is in place at that point.

Ownership of delivered work
How intellectual property in delivered work is assigned is set out in the engagement contract. Our normal position is that you own what we build for you.
